Vinyl Liner Swimming Pools

Vinyl Liner Swimming Pools

Only Alpha Pool Products  brings innovation, technology, and state-of-the-art materials to the pool  industry for the first time ever with each of our pool structures. Read below about proven technologies such as SPERT fasteners, used widely across the automotive industry by the likes of Audi, Jaguar and BMW, Fiber-Reinforced Composite, used in bridge, building, military and other industries with far greater load requirements than the pool industry.

One of Our Many Industry Exclusive Technologies:

Self-Piercing Riveting Technology - SPERT

Utilizing the same technology as high-end automobile manufacturers, such as Jaguar, BMW, and Audi, Only Alpha Pool Products uses a rivet to join all flanges and radii on our panels. If “SPERT” technology is advanced enough to hold the body of a car together, it can certainly hold swimming pool walls together!

What Does This Do For A Pool?

Our competition’s cheap, out-of-date clinch/toggle loc can fail not only during installation, but also long after, breaking down the entire structural integrity of the wall system; especially radius panels over time. We are so confident that our SPERT technology will not fail that we offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY against failure.

Alpha Advantage Shield Technology

Introducing the "New Standard" in Steel Building Materials

What is it? A proprietary clear coat that contains thermosetting properties that when applied on top of Only Alpha Pool Products highly galvanized steel components, is designed to enhance corrosion resistance extending the longevity of our building materials.

Real Results

Independent engineers conducted a side-by-side comparison test of Only Alpha Pool Products’ steel panels and the industry-wide steel panels. They found our competitors’ panels ended up with 70% white rust while the Alpha Advantage Shield protected the panels attributing only 5% over the same period of time.

Compare the Strength...Composite vs Structural Foam

Only Fuzion and Structural Armor boasts a patent protected formulation that confers super-strength to our pool wall. Our composite is so strong it is used by NASA, Boeing, Toyota and others.

We’re so confident in the strength of the Fuzion 5010 and Structural Armor substructure components, that we offer an unlimited transferable lifetime warranty!

NEW TECHNOLOGY

Fuzion 5010 & GFR HP 2800

  • Structurally reinforced (fused fiber matrix resins)
  • Extremely high strength-to-weight ratio
  • High impact resistance, flexural & tensile strength
  • Non-corrosive (won’t oxidize, rot, or rust)
  • Impossible to melt or re-shape after molding
  • Non-reversible process
  • Long lifespan

OLD TECHNOLOGY

Structural Foam Polystyrene Plastic

  • Low impact resistance, low flexural & low tensile strength
  • Structurally reinforced using air pocket corrugation
  • Thermoplastic material
  • Good strength to weight ratio
  • Non-corrosive
  • Warps, bends, bows or deforms after molding with mild heat/cold
  • Melts with extreme heat (+300 degree)
